The app is free
Good Call is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
It is practice, not advice
Good Call is an educational game. Its scenarios and outcomes are illustrative — written to help you think through common situations, not to tell you what to do in your own. It is not professional financial, legal, career, tax, or HR advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to a qualified person about your specific circumstances. Decisions you make in real life are your own.
As-is, no warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CircleRootTech is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from choices you make based on it.
Acceptable use
Please don't reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Content ownership
The scenarios, writing, characters, artwork, and design in Good Call belong to CircleRootTech.
Apple's terms also apply
Good Call is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted here with its date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
